PLATINUM TRAINING PLAN

Strength Training Program with video assessment and weekly coaching check-in $150.00 + HST.

-includes 4 weeks of strength & conditioning programming designed for the client’s specific goals / available equipment/time allotment

-strength & conditioning programs are designed to be progressive and adapt with clients’ growth, utilizing client feedback and video review of primary strength exercises

-client video submissions are reviewed and feedback is provided to improve technique and develop the program

GOLD TRAINING PLAN

Strength Training Program $100.00 1st month / $75.00 + HST each subsequent month

– includes 4 weeks of strength & conditioning programming designed for the clients specific goals / available equipment / time allotment

– strength & conditioning programs are designed to be progressive and adapt with clients growth, utilizing client feedback & notes

PRIVATE IN-PERSON TRAINING

1-on-1 In Person Assessment $100 / hour and Personal Training Sessions $75 + HST/hour

– 1-on-1 coaching session in ElDiablo’s Gym located in Hamilton, ON

– Fully equipped strength gym, with a Concept 2 Rower and Assault Air Bike

– Learn to lift for strength development with correct technique

– Movement assessment and coaching to develop personal training programs 

– Athletic development for sport specific goals 

– Strength training for longevity
