Event Preparation Programs

You present us with the competition you are aiming for, and we develop a customised plan of testing, optimisation and preparation for your goal event. If you have a Coach, we are happy to collaborate.

This program includes;

 

  • aerodynamic optimisation, 
  • skill and technical development plans, 
  • flexibility routines, 
  • pacing strategies and hydration 
  • nutrition recommendations for achieving your best performance on race day.
  • We will work with self-coached athletes and collaborate with teams or private coaches to look at the specificities and demands of the race, and develop a holistic approach for optimising your performance on the day.

Monthly aerodynamic and bike fitting assessment; skill and development plans for improving bike handling; pacing strategies; hydration and nutrition recommendations; physiological testing; flexibility and mobility routines; the possibility of using our most optimal equipment for race day; optional coaching services
